Q: Where are you located?
A: Most items are shipped from our corporate headquarters and warehouse in Pompano Beach, Florida. However, heavy cabinets, industrial machines and special order items may be drop shipped directly from manufacturer’s and distributor’s or dealers warehouses nationwide.

Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: We ship items in stock within 24 hrs on weekdays and drop ship special orders from warehouses nationwide within one week in the U.S. if they are in stock. Please allow additional UPS or freight transportation up to one week, or longer if on backorder. Back ordered items will be shipped within 30 days or canceled and refunded, unless you request an extension.

Q: How can I be sure that I will get my order?
A: On line orders with Email addresses are automatically confirmed by return Email. Shipments from Pompano Beach will automatically generate Email confirmation of UPS tracking number. Or You can request fax or e-mail confirming that your order has been received as well as e-mail with your UPS tracking number confirming your product’s shipment. You can call 800-992-4739 or visit this link to check on the status of your delivery from Pompano Beach any time after shipment. Most items are shipped from our 15,000 square foot warehouse in Pompano Beach, Florida. A: For most sewing machine products, we honor the manufacturer's warranty. For vacuum cleaners, appliances, and steam cleaning products, please refer to your enclosed warranty card for manufacturer warranty information.

A: Please call, e-mail or fax your request for warranty info on specific brands or models up to 25 yr. mechanical parts, 5 yr. Electronic parts, and 1 yr. Free service. Or refer to the manufacturers websites for warranty information.

A: Dealers may not be under any contractual obligation to provide free service, so we will service, and re-deliver any home machines we sold within the continental U.S. needing warranty service within the first 90 days at our cost.

Q: Are you an authorized dealer of sewing machines?

Q: How do you maintain product quality?
A: By maintaining a full-service warranty repair center providing after the sale service. Also, we stock only 80% of the machines that produce only 20% of the service requirements, while rejecting the 20% of models which product 80% of service problems. We are committed to Total Quality Management from inquiries all the way to after sale customer service.

Q: How can I be sure I'm paying the lowest price?
A: Our prices are up to 70% off of manufacturer’s suggested list price on some models. We will entertain matching any verifiable advertised quotations prior to purchase that are lower than our Internet prices.

Q: Do you send machines out on trial?
A: No. However, if we have a demo model that can be shipped from open stock we are more likely to accept exchange on it that one brand new in a factory sealed carton. Once it has been opened, we cannot sell it as new or for the same price.

Q: Is there one brand that is best?
A: No, it depends entirely on your price range, sewing needs, and feature requirements. The best brand at 200 is not necessarily the best at 3000. That’s why there are so many brands.

Q: What is the difference between hard cases and soft cases?
A: Hard cases are made of hard white plastic and are "One-size fits All". If you prefer a tighter fit, choose the soft cases made out of vinyl for a better form fit. Or, buy a model that comes with a hard or soft case.

Q: How do I learn how to use my machine?
A: If you find that the instruction book is not adequate for your needs, inquire about availability of instructional videos, supplemental workbooks, etc that might apply to your model, or call 800-992-4739 for customer service, or e-mail info@acesewvac.com for online service. We can solve 95% of operational, mechanical, or technical service problems on the phone, via email, or fax.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: If UPS delivered to you, simply call 1-800-PICKUPS. They will pick the item up free of charge and return it to us for repair or replacement at no cost to you. Or if we can just send you a part to replace the damaged item, please call us first.
      If delivered by a freight company, please inspect contents before signing acceptance and note any package damage on bill of lading. If contents inside are damaged, refuse delivery and don't sign the delivery ticket.

Q: How long will my machine last before it needs replacement?
A: Though it depends on use, and technical obsolescence, we have never found a sewing machine that could not be repaired with the proper parts and adjustments (except for the one that had a bullet hole through it). We don't recommend fixing machines where the repair cost exceeds latest blue book value.
